Cheesy Potato Bake
Ingredients
- butter for greasing
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and finely sliced
- 25g butter, cut into small pieces
- ¾ cup EasiYo Natural Yogurt
- ¼ cup cream
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a large, shallow ovenproof dish.
- Dry the potato slices thoroughly with clean paper towels.
- Layer them in the dish placing a little butter in between each layer.
- Whisk together the yogurt and cream and pour over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with the pepper and grated cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender and golden.
- Serve immediately.
