Garlic Herb Butter


  • ¾ cup butter, cubed and softened
  • ¼ cup EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Line a strainer with a clean fabric cloth and place on top of a bowl. Put the yogurt into the cloth and leave to hang in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Take the strained yogurt and pulse with the butter and garlic together in a food processor until smooth (around 1-2 minutes).

Add herbs, salt and pepper and pulse until just combined.

Serve soft in a dish alongside crusty bread or roll up into a log and refrigerate.
