Rosemary and Sea Salt Crackers
Ingredients
- ¾ cup self-raising flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ⅔ cup EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened yogurt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, sift all dry ingredients together and mix well. Fold through yogurt and combine to form a dough.
- On a clean floured surface, knead the dough for about one minute, dusting with more flour if becoming sticky.
- Divide the dough in half, and then half again to form four portions. Set aside and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll each portion out on a floured sheet of baking paper the size of your baking tray. You want to roll the dough out to be as thin as possible without tearing. Sprinkle the top of the dough with flour to avoid it sticking to your rolling pin.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut dough into even squares or rectangles, depending on the size of cracker you want. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake each sheet of crackers for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown. You may need to separate and remove crackers that brown first and continue cooking the remaining.
- Allow to cool and serve with your favourite EasiYo dip.
