This blueberry protein smoothie bowl will give you the start you need in the morning.

Method
Blitz first 7 ingredients together then pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
When you are ready to make a smoothie, add 4-6 frozen smoothie cubes (depending on the size of your ice cube tray) to one cup of yogurt or milk and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
