Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 20cm x 30cm lipped oven tray with oil.
Sift flour, salt and dried herbs into a bowl, stir to combine and make a well.
Add yogurt and oil and mix until just combined. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes.
Press dough into the prepared tray and use your finger tips to press light dimples into the dough.
Press in olives and rosemary gently, brush with oil and season with salt.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving with Garlic Herb Butter.
